Regulated, deadline-bound, and allergic to downtime.

Talk to an engineer.

One number, one form, one person who answers. No qualification call, no discovery deck, and no sequence of emails from somebody who won’t be on the work.

01 · Send it in writing

Tell us what’s going on.

We reply within one business day. Nothing is added to a mailing list.
Received

That’s with us. You’ll hear back within one business day.

If it’s urgent, don’t wait on email — call 1-833-721-4848 and you’ll reach someone directly. In the meantime, the managed IT page covers what most people ask next.

02 · What happens next

No sequence, no nurture track.

Four steps and one promise — and you can stop at any of them. Everything we write for you along the way is yours to keep, including if you go elsewhere.

Within 1 business day

A reply from a person

Not an autoresponder with a ticket number. Usually a short note with one or two questions and a couple of times that suit.

Before the call

Five questions

Headcount, what you run, what breaks most. Two minutes, and it means the call starts at the useful part.

20 minutes

The conversation

You talk, we ask. No slides and no product tour. If it needs longer we book longer, but it rarely does.

Within 3 business days

A written scope

Scope, a fixed monthly number and a 30-day onboarding plan. Yours either way, and no follow-up unless you ask for one.

If it’s not us

We say so

Under about ten people, a good part-time contractor is often the honest answer. We’ll tell you on the call rather than sell around it.

03 · Where we are

Thurston Drive, Ottawa.

A real office with a repair bench in it, not a mailbox address. Drop-ins are welcome — a call first means the right person is here when you arrive.

04 · Questions

Before you write.

The things people hesitate over. If yours isn’t here, the phone is faster than reading further.

Two people talking easily across a small cafe table over coffee, with a closed notebook between them.

No. The phone number is the fastest route and it reaches a person, not a queue. The form exists because some people would rather write it down at 11pm than explain it out loud on a Tuesday.

You will get a call from the engineer who would run your environment. There is no separate sales team to hand you to, which is either the best or the worst thing about working with a firm this size, depending on your taste.

Most people who contact us are not. A brief is useful anyway — you get a second opinion on what you are running now, and we would rather be the firm you call in eighteen months than the one that pushed.

No. The twenty-minute call and the written scope that follows are free. Deeper work — a full security review or a recovery test on an environment we do not manage — is quoted, because it takes real engineering hours.

Call. If you are an existing client, use the number and you will reach someone. If you are not, we will tell you honestly within a few minutes whether we can help today or whether you need a different kind of specialist.

Remote support goes anywhere in Canada. On-site is the National Capital Region — Ottawa, Gatineau, Kanata, Orléans, Nepean, Barrhaven, Stittsville and the surrounding townships. If you are further out, say so and we will be straight about whether it works.

The phone is still the fastest way.

Twenty minutes, no deck, no pressure. Worst case you get a second opinion on what you’re running now.
