What does an engagement actually cost?+
We don't post a public rate card — every engagement is shaped differently, and we'd rather quote a real number than a marketing one. The shape: a flat monthly platform fee plus a per-seat or per-device line, sized for your team. Cybersecurity layers on top. Project work is fixed-fee, scoped before we start.
Are you on-call at 2 AM?+
For managed clients, yes — Sophos MDR's SOC is hunting threats around the clock, and we're the on-call escalation. For project clients on business-hours support, you leave a voicemail and we're back at 8 AM. Critical incidents get a same-night call back regardless.
How fast do you onboard?+
Three phases — discovery and documentation, deployment and hardening, handover and steady-state. For a 10-50 endpoint business that's typically two to four weeks; smaller teams move faster, larger or more complex stacks take longer. We work in parallel with your team, so nothing goes offline during onboarding.
What if it doesn't work out?+
Month-to-month after the first quarter. Documentation, passwords, configs — all yours, all handed back. We don't hold environments hostage.
